This Micro lot processed anaerobically is from the Catura variety
Anaerobic Process: Coffee cherries are fermented in closed tanks off the air for hours and then the usual process is continued with dehydration.
Grown at an altitude of 1200 - 2000m.
The anaerobic Process with this lot highlighted the hints of Berries and Papaya, ending with White Chocolate.
Its overwhelming fruitiness appears on espresso and it very delicious with milk drinks.
You can also enjoy it on filter too.
