Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you want to exchange an unopened item. Please make sure the item goes back into the original packaging.
- If the reason of error is made by us (ie. you did not receive the correct item) or due to shipping (ie. the product is broken or fault), we will pay for shipping free.
- If the reason for the exchange or return is not due to an error made by us, the customer will pay for the shipping fee.
Once the item is picked up and delivered to us, we will inspect the item and if it appears that it has not been opened and is in saleable condition, we will refund the value of the item minus the shipping fee through Payfort. It takes around 5-7 business days for the payment to show on your credit card.
